Thomas
The location was nice and the furniture in the hotel looked relatively new. The prices were good and the restaurant was really nice.
The pillows didn't smell good and when we asked for additional pillows, the staff didn't respond. The hotel was not soundproof at all, we could hear conversations from the next room.

I recently stayed at Crowwood Hotel in Glasgow for a concert and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was tastefully decorated and clean, with friendly staff. The Alba Restaurant offered a British and Indian menu, and the Indian meal we had was fabulous. The rooms were surprisingly nice and spacious, with comfortable beds. The location was convenient for getting into Glasgow, and the hotel had hand sanitising stations throughout, which was reassuring. Great value for money and I would definitely stay again.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Our huge and bright room was complete with water pouring in, 2 single beds pushed together, the bedroom. The staff was welcoming, provided a very quick check-in and a late check-out. The service was absolutely friendly. Had central location close to the motorways. Moreover, it's so close to the cafeteria, and the restaurant.
